Joanna first learned of HQ as part of the client experience training team for Sotheby’s London. In her role, Joanna became a certified HQ trainer for Sotheby’s, bringing the message of hospitality as a customer experience differentiator to the teams in London. After several years of training the Sotheby’s teams, Joanna joined the HQ team to help take our message to audiences more broadly in Europe.
Joanna began her career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and set up her own consultancy in 2000. She brought 20 years of client service and business development experience with luxury organizations within the Arts and Hospitality Industries when she joined Sotheby’s.
Joanna’s a passion for putting hospitality at the heart of business strategy shines as she engages clients in dialogue and develops strategies for effecting change.
Joanna has a BA Honors degree in History of Art with Italian. She has achieved Chartered Manager status, the most prestigious status that can be achieved in the managerial profession, after completing a further degree in Leadership and Management with the accredited Chartered Management Institute.
